Debris Removal
Our crews remove all interior, exterior debris from the property, as authorized and requested by client. Then we calculate the amount of debris either in cubic yards or feet. If our crews note that there is an excessive amount of debris, we will always give the client an estimate of removal costs prior to commencing work. We provide photos of a truck box before and after it is loaded.

Lawn Maintenance
We maintain your lawn in appearance meeting local requirements for foreclosed properties and loan type guidelines. We do initial and weekly/monthly lawn maintenance services that include trimming of excessive vegetation like bushes, shrubs and tree branches. If we note that additional work needs to be done to maintain proper appearance, we provide our clients with the estimated costs prior to doing the additional work.

Board Up
We secure properties by boarding up broken windows, doors, i.e. all openings ensuring the property is not accessible. We also provide photos of work before and after completed boarding (.jpg format).

Security Door Installations
If the door is broken or missing, we can install a security door on hinges.

Property Re-securing
We return to your property that was previously secured and needs re-securing due to vandalism, trespassing or other causes.

Lock Change
Our crew changes the lock(s) at the property to the key code according to the regulatory requirements for the loan type standards, unless otherwise instructed by you.

Pool Securing
We secure the pool/hot tub gate according to the high standards set by HUD specifications for the area the property is located. If needed, our crew puts a tarp or a wire mesh on the pool to make it inaccessible.

Winterization
We drain the pipes at the property, to prevent freeze damage, according to the regulatory requirements for the loan type. Our crews evacuate pipes using compressor, check the system for damage and post notices specifying the work performed.

Inspections and Evictions
As authorized by you, we will inspect the property, ID the occupants and finally meet the local law enforcement officials for the eviction. Our moving and securing crew will perform and complete the eviction in cooperation with proper legal authorities and according to the regulatory specifications for the loan type, unless otherwise instructed by the local law enforcement official on site, or local/state statute.
