- Board/Secure property as needed
- 24/7 Emergency securing in high vandalism areas
- Evictions/Lockouts
- All evictions/lockouts will be completed as directed by the client and in compliance with local regulations
- Complete documentation with photos of personal belongings and trash at the property

Initial Services |
| |
- Remove and store personal property as requested per client
- Detail documentation with photos of all personal property being moved to the storage facility
- Remove all interior and exterior debris from the property
- Complete initial lawn and yard services, including spring clean-up, mow and trim, or snow removal
- Complete initial sales clean, including all standard janitorial services per client’s needs
- Perform winterization services
- Repair or eliminate any safety hazard issues
- Secure fence surrounding pool/Jacuzzi
- Steam vacuum all carpets per client’s request

- Mow, trim, and edge on recurring schedule as requested by client
- Remove clippings and broom sweep as needed
- Before and after documentation with photos

Maid Services |
| |
- Includes the following actions: wipe down, vacuum, sweep, or mop all floors, countertops, walls, etc., clean all ceiling fans, windows, window sills, and mini-blinds, clean interior & exterior of all appliances
- Vacuum, mop, scrub bowls and basins, and wipe down all surfaces on recurring schedule as requested by client
- Special services such as window cleaning, deodorizing, and maintaining lighting are available upon request
- Steam vacuum all carpets per client’s request

Winterization Services |
| |
- Protect properties against freeze damage according to local codes and ordinances and adhering to the very highest quality standards
- Dry, wet, steam or radiant heat winterizations will be completed, depending on the type of the system
- Work includes pressure draining the entire plumbing system, draining hot water heater(s), disconnecting and tagging water source(s), installing non-toxic antifreeze in all traps, appliances, bowls and fixtures, as needed

Quality Control |
